About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Tailor, your primary focus will be to proactively guide our customers towards achieving their business objectives through the effective utilisation of our products and services. You will be responsible for seamlessly onboarding new clients, driving comprehensive product adoption within their workflows, diligently monitoring customer health metrics, and identifying and addressing potential risks in their journey early on. Furthermore, you will play a key role in supporting account growth initiatives by understanding customer needs and demonstrating the value of our evolving offerings. Your work will directly contribute to achieving higher customer retention rates, fostering improved customer satisfaction, and ultimately ensuring greater long-term value for both our customers and Tailor.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role within the technology or SaaS industry.

  • A strong understanding of customer onboarding processes and best practices for driving product adoption.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and articulate customer needs.

  • Experience in monitoring customer health metrics and identifying potential churn risks.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer challenges.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritise effectively.

  • Experience with CRM and customer success management software.

  • Familiarity with the blockchain or cryptocurrency space is a plus, but not essential.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
