About the Role
As our R&D Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the future of Tailor's technology. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all research and development activities in close partnership with our dedicated R&D team. Your key responsibilities will include clearly defining project goals, meticulously managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all R&D efforts are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives, and maintaining clear and consistent communication between internal teams and the dedicated R&D team. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering innovation and ensuring efficient product development cycles.
Requirements
Proven experience as an R&D Project Manager, preferably within the software, data, or blockchain industries.
Strong understanding of research and development processes and methodologies.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to set clear goals, manage timelines, and track progress.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate external partners and manage contractual obligations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to ensure alignment between R&D activities and business objectives.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with project management software and tools.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
