About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with high-quality, well-matched leads on a daily basis. You will utilize Tailor's smart lead-matching and automation tools to streamline your outreach efforts, efficiently schedule discovery calls, and guide prospects through the sales funnel. By strategically combining personalized follow-up strategies with data-driven insights provided by the Tailor platform, you will be focused on closing deals and expanding our reach into new and relevant markets. Furthermore, your valuable feedback on lead quality and market trends will directly contribute to the ongoing development of our product and marketing strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to effectively manage a sales funnel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to improve sales strategies.
Experience in identifying and developing new market opportunities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity 1 with the blockchain or cryptocurrency space is a plus, but not essential.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
