About the Role
As our Marketing & Branding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying the Tailor Network brand. Your daily responsibilities will involve crafting and disseminating clear, compelling messaging across various channels. This includes writing engaging content, strategically managing our social media presence, coordinating outreach initiatives with potential partners, and continuously refining the brand's visual and verbal identity to resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for tracking key performance metrics, actively gathering user feedback, and using these insights to continuously adjust and optimize marketing campaigns. Your ultimate goal will be to grow brand awareness, build trust within the industry, and drive a consistent flow of qualified leads to support our sales efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing and branding role, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or blockchain space.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and clear messaging for various audiences.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.
Experience in coordinating outreach and building relationships with partners.
A keen eye for visual aesthetics and the ability to contribute to the refinement of brand identity.
Experience tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics and using data to inform campaign adjustments.
Ability to gather and synthesize user feedback to improve marketing strategies and messaging.
A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving marketing goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with content 1 management systems 2 (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
